"Cultivating attention and awareness is within each and everyone's reach."
Veronica Gaskell

MY MISSION

My mission is to promote a form of grounding to enable individual growth and development in our digital age as the digital world is a «thief of attention».

For me, it is about creating a desire for thinking, and a way  to develop consciousness by nurturing the living bond between human beings which after all is the network we are born into!

My programs and tools allow everyone  to develop their own resilience, in particular by finding resources in a renewed connection with nature, an unequalled way of savouring the present moment.

"Simplicity is a most complex form."
"Duke" Ellington (1899 -1974 ).

MY VISION

I want to promote a world of more open and authentic listening where conversations are a way of exchange and transmission between generations, thus nourishing a real (as opposed to virtual) bond between people.

"In music, silence is more important than sound."
Miles Davis (1926-1991).

MY VALUES

The values that are close to my heart and that are at the core of my programs are:

  • Authenticity

  • Simplicity

  • Sharing

  • Commitment

  • Respect

  • Friendly kindness

"Friends are as companions on a journey, who ought to aid each other to persevere in the road to a happier life"
Pythagoras (570 BCE-495 BCE).

After 25 years in international financial markets, time and the meaning of things came to the fore.

That is when I decided to put attentive awareness at the centre of my operating mode.

Awareness of others, attention to the way I do what I do, attention to my wellbeing and to that of others around me.

My qualifications:

- certified Mindfulness teacher for 13-18 year olds (MiSP, UK).

- certified as a philosophy workshop moderator for 6-15 year olds (SEVE Switzerland).

- I practise Vittoz exercises. Vittoz is a body-mediated therapy.

"Sit quietly and listen for a voice that will say, "Be more silent." As that happens, your soul starts to revive."
Rumi (1207-1273).
