PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

These programs are aimed at young people attending school and High School. I can also tailor-make programs for University students.

These programs aim to:

  • provide general support for school homework,  

  • explore the domain of senses, feelings and emotions to better understand how they influence our wellbeing as each sense is «insanely» important,

  • help you manage the impact of social media on your mental health,

  • learn a routine of simple yoga mouvements,

  • work on your reading out aloud skills.​​​

PROGRAMS FOR SENIORS

These programs are aimed at seniors at home or in a retirement home.

These programs aim:

  • to maintain the social link,  

  • to stimulate each of the people who benefit from it,  

  • to be a source of pleasure, discovery and fulfillment  

  • to work on oneself - on one's physical and mental well-being

  • to allow the elderly suffering from reduced vision to benefit from read texts.
