"Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity."

Simone Weil (1909-1943)

French philosopher.

Strengthen your self esteem, focus your mind, cut stress and be more grounded.

You will for example learn

to manage the effects of social media on your mental health. With the exercises learnt, you will know how to better balance real life vs digital  experiences.

Stay in control to feel better. Cut stress despite physical, emotional, psychological or social challenges.

Develop awareness to your emotions. Learn to let them guide you rather than control you.

Identify your inner resources to stay on top of the unexpected.

I SUPPORT YOU  IN DEVELOPING YOUR AWARENESS, SO YOU CAN CHOOSE WHERE YOU ARE GOING AND  WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH DISCERNMENT

"By being attentive to one another, we can cultivate human bonds and savour the interdependence which is at the very heart of our humanity. This is what I wanted to honour in the name HUMAN WIDE WEB. I also wanted to underline how vital it is to put our human capacities for real life collaborative experiences, at the centre of our lives when the digital alternatives are increasingly cutting us off from our sentient self and our potential for happiness.
