You will for example learn 

to manage the effects of social media on your mental health. With the exercises learnt, you will know when you need to do a "digital detox" and how to do it. 

Stay in control to feel better. Cut stress despite physical, emotional, psychological or social challenges.

Develop awareness to your emotions. Learn to let them guide you rather than control you.

Identify your inner resources to stay on top of the unexpected.
